After several weeks of planning and preparations the day finally arrived. On Saturday, October 29th Shane had his first real teenage party. We had it in the backyard, we sectioned it off into three areas, dancing, food and lounge. Rob created "Club Shane" under a canopy in front of the garage with twinkle lights and hanging spiders and he was the DJ for the evening. Then we had food set up in the middle of the yard they had spaghetti and Halloween cupcakes and the patio was the lounge where they had punch from the bar and just hung out. I must say it was all pretty cool. There ended up being 15 kids here, two-thirds of them girls but they had a blast.
